Griddlecakes, french toast, grilled cheese, burgers; the options are endless! All can be done in this family size 12'' griddle. The hard-anodized aluminum allows the pan to heat evenly and browns beautifully. A heat resistant handle is oven safe to 350 F.
I am an avid Indian cooking enthusiast. I make Indian crepes regularly and use this griddle pretty often. Over the past six years I have tried both non-stick(expensive ones such as analon and calphalon) and cast iron griddles to make these crepes, but have found issues with both types of griddles. The non-stick wears out pretty fast(because for Indian crepes and bread, you need to use high heat which wears out the griddle when used regularly) and cast-iron requires too much oil. Additionally I am unhappy with the texture of pancakes(both indian and western) in the non-stick pans.
This Circulon griddle gives me the best of both types of griddles and requires no (or very little) oil and I am able to make paper-thin crepes in them with much ease. This to me is quite amazing;I think the even heating provided by the non-stick smooth base helps prolong the life of this pan(I need to use considerably lesser amount of oil and heat to make these crepes compared to other griddles).
In addition I was initially skeptical of the grooves on the griddle in my opinion the grooves make this non-stick griddle work better than any I have used. I highly recommend this product.

Simply Calphalon Nonstick 10 Piece Set
We purchased this set from another venue.
When you first open the box and see the new set you are thrilled. Especially if your old set that you just replaced was horrible.
BUT after you have had it a while you start to realize that owning this set of cookware requires a LOT of effort on your part to keep it looking nice.
The bottoms darken easily and need constant attention to make them look good.
On our particular set, the largest saucepan interior was "bubbled". Well....we are NOT everyday cooks in this house and it only took a few months for the interior finish to begin chipping off the pan.
We had to go out and buy all new utensils and special scrubbers etc. to clean these pans. Most things we had in our drawer just didn't work well with this set. Stick a metal fork in it once and IT'S DONE!
Remember....NO dishwashers, NO metal utensils, NO harsh chemicals, NO abrasive scrubbers, NO cooking spray, NO stacking of pans, NO contact with other surfaces or the exterior WILL scratch!
In short....these pans take your full attention but when you buy anything worth having, you are willing to expend the extra energy and time to take good care of it.
If it weren't for the interior surface chips, I would have to give this set an "ALMOST PERFECT" score!!!!!

One of the most used pans in any well-equipped kitchen. Skillets have sloped sides so that foods slide out easily. Used for cooking omelets, pancakes, quesadillas, sauteing vegetables, searing steaks, fish and poultry. The nonstick surface makes cleanup effortless. Useful as an open or covered pan.
if you've gone thru many cookware - esp frying pans due to sticking foods, burned bottoms, scratched surfaces and think that spending $10-$25 every few months is ok - then there is no need for you to consider circulon - however, if you are done with the frustrations of cooking with inferior and cheap cookware, then you MUST try a circulon - buy the cheapest one listed and you will find yourself wondering why you never got one years ago! i've tossed all my other pans in the garbage and use my circulon for everything! im now looking to buy another for ease of use while cooking multiple dishes. you will NOT be sorry. fall in love with cooking all over again.

The sides of a chef's pan are gently sloped, just enough to round the edges of the pan. Getting rid of the sharp corners makes stirring or whisking more efficient.
This pan is a big improvement over the original Circulon pot I have with the deep circular grooves. This pan has shallow bumps on the pan bottom that are extremely easy to clean. This particular chefs pan is a great size for meals for 4. I love the high straight sides. The pan is heavy for me so I cannot easily lift it or toss ingredients using one hand. The heaviness is the biggest negative for me over the wok I had that this replaces. The reason for the weight is a layer of stainless steel on the bottom of the pan, which is very flat. The lid is also stainless steel and tight fitting. I cook over a budget electric range and the pan is reasonably even heating. I have not noticed the handle getting hot at all, but I have not used very high heat on this pan because it so far does not seem to need it. The non-stick performance has been great, and the pan cleans up very easily. I always hand wash and have not tried in the dishwasher. The pan with the handle seems a little big to fit efficiently in a dishwasher. I like this pan so much that I am going to buy more of the Circulon Infinite cookware. UPDATE: I have had this pan over a year now and it continues to perform well. I only use wood or nylon utensils with the pan, never metal. The "non-stick" has held up very well, but I always wipe a small amount of oil onto the pan with a paper towel. Just enough to coat the bottom - there should be no visible oil. Just a sheen. I have moved to a gas burner, and the pan still cooks…

One of the most used pans in cooking, you'll want to outfit your kitchen with skillets in a variety of sizes. This twin pack will get you started. The sloped sides let foods slide out easily, and the nonstick surface makes cleanup effortless. Use the smallest pan for frying a few eggs, grilling a hot ham and cheese, or making "silver dollar" pancakes, and use the larger pan for searing steaks, sauteing vegetables, or creating one-dish meals.
These pans a fantastic! They are heavy, wich means they cook evenly and do not scorch food. They work very well on my glass top stove. They are oven safe to 500 degrees. They clean up in the dishwasher. They look nice. Both pans for under $60!! I know they will last because I've had the 8" version for several years now. What more could you want?

Set includes: 8" omelette, 10" omelette, and 12" omelette, 3qt chefs casserole with cover, 7qt chefs casserole with cover, and 2.5qt shallow saucepan with cover. Heavy-gauge aluminum is responsive to temperature changes. These pans feature the original Calphalon hard anodized surface, which is stick resistant, meaning that it sticks when you want it (when your searing, browning) and releases when you need it to(when your food is ready). If you know how cast iron cooks, you know how the hard anodized cooks, but hard anodized has many beneifts that make it better choice- aluminum is a better conductor than iron, you never season your pan(so you dont have flavor transfer from dish to dish), and it doesn't rust! All pans are spun or drawn into shape, which makes the entire pan (sides as well as bottom) the same thickness, which guarantees even heating throughout. If you enjoy cooking and want the best and most versatile surface for performing a variety of techniques- this is…
I bought this set because our Calph. nonstick pans were starting to wear. I was leery after reading some online reviews stating that food stuck to the pans and were hard to clean. They are handwash only but that didn't bother me.
I've tried to use the pans as much as possible and I have been amazed at the difference really good cookware can make. They are easy to clean, withstands metal utensils, do not react with acidic foods and heat quickly and evenly. They are even ovenproof.
So far I have not needed anything more than a dishcloth to keep them near-new clean.

Pricing information not available.
This cookware set is an exceptional value, including all of the pans needed to equip your kitchen with the most used cooking pieces. As the set contains only basic pieces, you'll really use each and every pan. It includes saucepans for whisking a homemade sauce or cooking your morning oatmeal, a big stockpot for soups, stews or boiling pasta, and skillets (probably the most used pan in any kitchen) that will help you turn out perfect crepes or a simple grilled cheese sandwich. The set also includes a sauté pan, a wide, straight-sided pan that can perform many of the functions of a skillet but features deep sides for extra capacity, perfect for one dish meals. Start your dish in this pan by sautéing onions and browning meat, then add your liquid and other ingredients into the same pan to finish on the stovetop or in the oven.
I did quite a bit of research, trying to find a good but "reasonably" priced cookware set. When I read the reviews for this KitchenAid set, I thought I would give them a try. I LOVE THEM!!! I used them to cook Christmas dinner and couldn't have been more pleased with my purchase! Clean up is an absolute breeze!!!! It truly is non-stick without using oils or butter. The only downside is that food does get stuck in the rivets, which is the only time you have to use a little elbow grease to clean these pans.
Overall, I'm 100% happy with the price, the look, the weight and the performance of this set. I love the stay cool handles. I quickly tossed my old set (which had become far from non-stick) and am cooking up a storm. I have to admit, on my old set, I always used non-stick spray. When I read the KitchenAid directions, that came with these pans, it said NOT to use spray as it compromised the integrity of the non-stick surface. OOOPS! Lesson learned. Non-stick spray will never touch this set!!!

Great cookware set. Nice upgrade for our kitchen after a recent remodel. Wifey likes it fine, says it takes less oil to fry with. Nice heavy cookware with sturdy riveted handles. Clear tops with deep recesses means no condensation drips on stove or hands...no ouchies from hot water. Set was fairly complete, we did add an additional size pot, and three additional skillets. There are a lot of cookware components that will accomodate this set.

The 10 Inch and 12 Inch Omelettes are a perfect addition to every home. Two of the most used pans in any well-equipped kitchen. Omelettes have sloped sides so that foods slide out easily. Used for cooking omelets, pancakes, quesadillas, sautéing vegetables, searing steaks, fish and poultry. The nonstick surface make clean up effortless. Brushed stainless steel stay cool handles. Pans are oven safe up to 450 F.
After 3 years of use, my skillets were starting to show wear on the bottom and the coating was just starting to come up a little bit. I've never put them in the dishwasher or used any utensils other than plastic - but I know I have sometimes set the skillets inside of each other or let other dishes sit inside of them while in the sink.
I followed the instructions on Calphalon's web site for the warranty and returned the skillets paying about $12 for shipping. I didn't need an RMA number or to contact the company - just wrote a letter outlining what they ask on the website (name, address, problem, etc.) and shipped (and tracked) them. About 2 1/2 weeks later in the mail I got 2 brand new skillets shipped to me from Calphalon - same size and type I had sent to them, but brand new.
I'm very impressed with their customer service and plan on taking extra special care of my skillets and will hang them on a pot rack and make sure to not stack them in each other and follow all other instructions and hope that the coating doesn't come off. But, if it does, I know Calphalon will take care of it, and for $12 shipping - much better than buying new skillets!

Proper stir fry technique calls for fast rotating or stirring of ingredients while cooking, inspiring the rounded, sloped sides of the stir fry. The shape is similar to a salad bowl, designed for easy tossing of vegetables.
I loved it for the first few months I was using it, and was using it everyday. But the coating starts to come off and have to shop for a new pan now

Our 10 piece set is the best way to invest in pans. This set is made for cooks who appreciate beauty and performance. With big pans like an 8 quart stockpot you'll be ready to entertain.
I purchased the 10-piece set of the Circulon Infinite and the first set arrived with a damaged 8 quart pot. It had apparently received a hard blow on the box during shipping and was out of round - the lid would not fit on it. The box from Circulon had a hole punched in it where the cookware handle had pushed through. I returned the set with Amazon's painless return system and re-ordered. The second set is great with the exception of a scratch on one of the lids ( I will contact the Circulon company about that.)
This cookware is heavy and beautiful and the stainless-steel bases with aluminum cores allow for even cooking across the flat, bottom surface. I've been looking for a cookware set that is dishwasher safe & this one can't be beat. It looks great coming out of the dishwasher. I can only hope it holds up well under extended use.
If you are considering this cookware - watch Amazon for a Friday sale. It's amazing how much the price normally drops for this cookware on Friday.

We've had ample opportunity over the holidays to put our new cookware to the test. The house has been full of guests. Cooking large and varied meals became the norm. The Cusinart cookware delivered to their quality standard. We are very happy with the product.I will note one minor area that could use improvement. The glass pan and pot covers have a metal lining around the rims. These get exceeingly hot and you must be particularly careful of where you will place the hot tops when uncovering the cookware. It does not detract from their purpose. We offer the comment as a burn precaution.

I love circulon pans and have a set of them. I mistakenly purchased these ciculon elite pans and they are not like the circulon classic. The classic pans are so easy to use and clean with a quick wipe. These do not sit evenly on the burner, they are harder to clean and they don't heat as well. Get the classic.
